Loki is the god of lies and mischief, and as such, he has access to the great Nordic powers of trolling. He likes lying and acting, sometimes for some benefit, sometimes just for kicks.
He can shape-shift, read your minds and hold you under his sway, and that's not even counting his imbuing and attacking skills. Suffice to say that in the world of RP, Loki has a lot of potential and for that, he is going to need a lot of permissions.
So if we may, will you let Loki:
- Hurt you? (minor to lethal injuries)
- Read your thoughts?
- Shape-shift into you?
- Shape-shift into people you know but aren't necessarily in the bubble? (doable once I've seen them in your mind)
- Influence your thoughts?
- Mind-control you? (you may resist. He's not an omega-level telepath)
- Drain your mana, energy or the like? (just a little absorption. nothing major)
- Put a charm/spell/enchantment/curse on you?
- In your pants?
That's all I have so far. If you're letting him do anything else, please say so as well ^_^

- In your pants: He can try but Richter will not be very receptive
